...it was HPIB on both ends, there were HP printers with such connectors, as I mentioned earlier.
Today you can buy an HPIB to parallel cable, I have a couple of them.
And the Brothers printer has the parallel port, the unknown there is whether they will understand each other, of Brothers needs its own driver.
