They have already said excessive speed was involved, and I wonder if alcohol may have also been a factor. Early morning after a holiday? It wouldn't be the first time. I imagine it was more human error than vehicle error. But I am just guessing at this point.
My thoughts and prayers go out the the families and friends who lost loved one.
