Inmate Central, where civil and family-friendly discourse about off-audio topics (other than religion and politics) is welcome.

Dude, he's guilty of civil fraud.

Not a matter of opinion, it's a matter of public record. You can read the details for yourself anywhere on line. He's got about 20 days to come up with $454 million or James is going to seize property.
He lied about the value of his properties in order to borrow money he didn't have. That's fraud, no matter who does it. You lie about your income on a mortgage application, there's a word for that (fraud). Why should there be a set of rules for you and me, but no rules for the wealthy and powerful?
The judge found him guilty because his attorneys asked to be tried by a judge instead of a jury.
He appealed but he still has to come up with $454 million in cash or bonds sometime over the next couple weeks or Trump Towers could belong to the taxpayers of NYC. Again, matter of public record.
The criminal fraud trial opens in a couple of weeks. He's already an un-indicted co-conspirator in the Michael Cohen case (again, a matter of public record). A guilty verdict in that case could result in jail time.
You think he's innocent, but the law disagrees.
And by the way, he didn't appeal the conviction, just the size of the penalty.

The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.
