Seasoned it up, roasted it in the oven.
I spend a hell of a lot more money on stupid shit than I need to or should. I can cut back substantially and still live well, have fun. Inflation was far worse in the 1970's, but it was better than the deep recession that followed.
BTW, the food Mrs. Ghost buys for our cats is more expensive than what I eat.
