Diatomaceous earth is the usual go-to for slugs and snails.
Sprinkle it around on the ground around your plants. It's non-toxic and cheap. It's also good for controlling ants.
For leaf munching worms, try spinosad spray. Spinosad is an organic insecticide for control of foliage feeding worms (caterpillars). It is a product of fermentation and contains naturally-occurring spinosad. Or go out early in the morning or late evening, and manually inspect your plants for worms. Pick them off and squish them.
