Americans generally don't remember anything that happened more than a month ago.
They never understood Build Back Better, don't understand the filibuster, don't know how their own government works. More Americans can name the all Three Stooges than can name the branches of government.
For that matter, Americans don't understand how their own economy works, or they wouldn't blame presidents--from either party--for high gas prices.
I expect the GOP to take Congress. The Democrats suck, they won't fight for anything, and it looks like the campaign strategy is to release the January 6th report in October in the hopes that it'll swing the mid-terms their way.
Pathetic. Nobody cares about January 6th anymore.
But that doesn't mean it's a fait accompli. Anything can happen between now and the time 27% of eligible voters make up their minds.
And if the GOP does take the House, at least, that's the end for aid to Ukraine.
The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.
