When I'm older and retired, I don't plan to stick around here, and I don't expect to be as involved in the community I end up in either. Being a parent is big motivation for me to be involved in the community, whether it's volunteering on a town board or committee, taking shifts in the soup kitchen and panty, and the topic of this thread: making people aware when they're being jerks.
It's not like I do this all the time, anyway. Before the pandemic, I might give somebody a piece of my mind once a year. During the pandemic, it's been every few months.
How are you doing BTW? I hope you're over that mysterious health scare that landed you in the hospital last year and kept you on O2 for a while.
