...and that is a lot of meat, but I have a commercial kitchen with walk-in cooler/freezer in the bunkhouse. It was originally built as a "barracks" style quarters for the farmhands. When I renovated/restored everything, I just updated it along those original lines--enough to keep the Historical Society happy. But it is even health-dept. inspected/certified (now), so I can use it for events.
