OK ... lack of war ... humans love to kill, it's our nature

so there aren't any 'wholesome' outlets available at the moment

if there's purpose, that's well and good, but there doesn't need to be any

why do you think there's the term 'senseless killing'? some killing makes sense

the higher up on the evolutionary ladder the more satisfying it is so people are the best to kill. humans can control the urge but it's always there

people enjoy vicarious killing too, very much so, look at how much film is devoted to it
