She said that Thanksgiving was her busiest day of the year and there would be a line well out the door and a completely full dining room. I am a regular and she offered to hold a table for me, but I will be cooking a beautiful turkey, one not lucky enough to be pardoned, with candied ruby yams, green beans and salad.
Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow inmates, whatever is on the menu.
