NBC Sports Network seems to be the place. They are covering soccer, softball, rowing, canoeing and kayaking today. Opening ceremonies and some events will be on regular NBC Friday evening into Saturday. That's as far as I looked. I think that if you have NBC and NBC Sports, you can see most of it.
Maybe they shouldn't have had the Olympics, but as far as I'm concerned, it they are having them, I might as well enjoy them.
