So I see the attendees. Goood.

"Marinated skirt steak"
Isn't that a bit hard to cook ? Is that something that benefit from a reverse sear ? If that's the shit, we want to know how to cook it.
-----
"I cook. Made a spicy hot dog on the grill today.....along with a selection of peppers."
Well that is not exactly what you're showing. Fine, but doesn't that pizza looking thing require some sort of enclosure ? I have seen where people build the ovens with a ton of bricks n shit. Actually I like it, too bad I don't own the house.
Yeah, I didn't soak the skewers.

"as others have mentioned dry rubs and marinades are your friends. Since you don't like sweet BBQ, perhaps try some of the mustard/vinegar-based Carolina sauces. Keep in mind that "chili" powders are not all created equally--different varieties of chilis have dramatically different flavor and heat profiles, so experiment with different varieties."
Mustard vinegar eh ? Sounds pretty good. I assume you mean the spice mustard and not spoon it out of a jar in the fridge.

"I can cook and I'm pretty damned good at it, but I'm not a pork chops/beef stew/baked chicken kinda guy.
I like to cook things like picadillo. My wife likes pork chops/beef stew/baked chicken."
Well I bet I could turn you on with broiled pork chops but they were done inside and I can't do that anymore. And the infrared broiler is gone now.
I see beef stew as good once in a while, more of a winter dish really. Baked chicken ? Not really for me either. want some ? Go to one of those gas stations or stores that have them, they are as good as it gets really.
-----
I want more things off the grill. Kielbasa, sausage, Polish boys with cheese, Brats. (shut them little fuckers up once and for all) All kinds of things can go on there, but too much is too much.
There are other days. Take soup. I was never a souper and still am not that much, but after research I find that real soup made the right way is very nutritious. Not the canned shit.
I dunno. I am getting a poker game up and want to have some good food once in a while. The rest of the while order pizza.
