#1 and pain from noon to midnite......and much better in morning and again about 90% good by the 24 hour mark.
#2? Easier yet. Some soreness gone within 12 hours.
Neighbor kid? Very fit and got clobbered. Various results which dont' seem to coorelate with age or fitness level...
