I had a couple nights of insomnia. Spousal Unit had some diarrhea and fainted at about the 24 hour mark. Unexpected; could have been a hard landing. Precautions didn't mention wearing a hard hat.
Nobody has mentioned having a raging hard-on, so maybe that's exempt.
