But did take that day off to just rest and glad I did as I was fatigued.
That faded over the next couple days and I paced myself.
Have a friend that was clobbered the day after much like you.
Really the best thing to do is get as much rest as possible while you body adapts.
Did notice my arm was sore 10 days later when I leaned on it.
Found that surprising.
Rest and stay hydrated.
I've heard the Moderna is worse... guess we are lucky as such.
