Arians is a player's coach; he might be able to handle Brown.
Depends on the terms of the contract, too. As far as I know, Brown never collected a penny from New England.
Tampa's doing pretty good this year. It's in first place and just hung a big hurt on Green Bay. The Bucs have excellent receivers already.
Even if Brown only helps them through a few key games before he craps himself again, he might be worth it.
Or, he might not crap himself at all.
