and that's exactly what happened. The wood framing was so hard with age, I was breaking off drywall screws. The overhead light looked like something you'd use in a garage. We bought a nice art deco-looking light, and when I took down the old fixture I found a rectangular hole hiding behind it.
Nothing was square or level.
The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.
