"I will not dispute that high cholesterol contributes to heart problems. But I will dispute what causes it. It is not what IS in your diet, it is what is NOT in your diet" That is what JURB said. There is plenty of evidence,IMO, that both what is in ones diet and what is not in ones diet can contribute to higher cholesterol levels or lower cholesterol levels and higher or lower rates of vascular disease. Spew on JURB.
