RE: thanks JURB for the cider vinegar recommendation for acid refulx/heartburn

Commonly known things for 2,000 years have been forgotten. And the drug companies love this. Now you go and buy one of their antacid drugs.

Have you watched much TV lately ? Most of the ads are for drugs. But then they give you the side effects, it will lower your ability to resist infection, may cause liver or kidney or even brain damage. And make sure you have no traces of TB in your system. Everything from memory loss to bowel incontinence with these new drugs. How are they even allowed to sell them ? Well of course, lobby money. That means bribes.

I could not believe this vinegar thing when the olman told me. It seems to go against logic. You got too much acid so add acid ? Doesn't seem to make sense, but then he says "Just fucking try it". Yeah, we talk that way. So I tried it, and after like three times I have never had heartburn again, and we are talking ten years ago.

I can eat anything almost, and that is good because I like spicy foods. In fact in years past, for like a decade or two I researched nutrition. The finest vegetables you can find have some nutrition, nuts have ten times that, and spices have ten times what the nuts have. And really, the expensive nuts are not all that great, like macadamians. Among the most nutritious are Brazil nuts, we used to call them n____toes. If you get them still in their shell, that is hard to break. Remember those nutcrackers ? Well you will need them, or vise grips. But my research indicates that they are among the most nutritious of the nuts. And they taste pretty good too.

These days I get them in a can and need no nutcracker. When you buy nuts at the store, look at the can for the ingredients. If it says anything about hydrogenated leave it alone. I'm sure you already know to stay away from margarine, well that is the same thing. That stuff inhibits your digestion and you shit out what you really need. I mean from other foods.

Don't give cholesterol a thought, if you have too much it is because you lack what it is supposed to combine with. Just like bladder or gall stones, that calcium is not there because you took too much in, it is there because it does not have the proper other elements with which to combine.

I can back this up but it would be in the form of a ZIP file that once unzipped will take at least days to read, unless I include the USDA data in which case it may be months. I have no reason to lie.

I will let go of all the information I have because I can feel that the end is near. Years ago I got exposed to a particularly nasty form of mold and I swear it aged me 30 years. So I am 56 but feel like 86. You, on the other hand, seem like you are getting ready for a new job with less stress. Welcome to making less money.

Other than that, take the high stress job. Let it roll off your back. If it gets too bad you tell the boss "You want to do this shit yourself ?". You could go back to the same company but with a different attitude. But you have to develop that attitude first. There is a REASON they pay you, exploit that.

And workplace stress can easily cause stomach problems in some people. Remember the baby with the shoes on your balls and you do not feel anger. Do the same thing. The stress comes from inside you. It is due to outside forces of course, but it is you who makes it into stress. Just like you did not smack that baby across the room, don't smack yourself.
