We'd probably have Spinach as a major ingredient less than once a week. Usually in Spinach pasta with Spirali, Prosciutto, Garlic, a small amount of Chillie, Capsicum, one Onioe and some Garlic, plus Olive Oil, and Parmesan.
Baby (green) Spinach in green salads once a week or more.
I know I eat well, and healthily.
