It's always because I have some obscure other vid with sound playing somewhere else in another window. Or maybe I have the one I want to hear open twice. Close everything, including small pop-up ads, except the one thing you want to hear.

Maybe you've tried all the above... If this isn't what's happening with yours, I don't know what else it could be tho.
