All that being said, watching golf LIVE is different.
Standing near the Tee, you can hear the jet-plane sound of the ball being rocketed down the fairway and almost feel it. The noise of the driver striking the ball is real loud, considering everyone is so hushed. ANY photographers are using 'blimped' still cameras (on pro-am day) so as not to disturb.
Tiger signed autographs and the remainder of the pros were all in a good mood as they took their round with the designaged 'amateurs' who paid a BUNDLE for the privilage.
I'd even go WATCH a Cricket Match or maybe even Soccer. Just don't make me watch it on TV.
