I would take them in for a few weeks here, I would try to get their appetites up, perhaps beer or cannabis to slowly act as a catalyst for appetite. Then slowly I would feed them hungry man frozen dinners, the women probably wouldn't be able to eat one entire meal a day, so I would get them up to one a day after a few weeks, the hungry man selects have basically 100% caloric intake per person per day per meal, I would make sure they get up to their caloric intake for a few weeks at my place before I let them loose, I would invite them to come back if they needed my help again.
