Micro dosing looks like .300mg to 20 mg of elemental lithium. Lithium carbonate, which is readily available is close to 18.8 % elemental lithium. I myself don't want prostate cancer or Alzheimer's. The studies I've read the abstracts of about Alzheimer's are amazing. Some speculate it may be the most or one of the most neruo protective agents out there. T456
