First of all, sticking wings on a regular car is not going to work. You have to keep propelling the car after it leaves the ground. How do you do that ?

I actually got a ticket for flying a car once. Damn fast car actually. Good suspension. Hit the railroad tracks and was airborne for a second. Unfortunately a cop was on hand to see it.

Second, I can't make heads nor tails out of that picture.
