I have been to the Great Pyramid and to several places in Mexico. A few places in Egypt have some features which are difficult to explain if you limit yourself to Copper / wood /and 'hammer stones'.

You even see sign of some kinds of automation used in making slabs of stone as well as in drillings and even curving of Granite, which is tough stuff.
diamond 'grit' is postulated as the media used to Polish Granite, which in some places is nearly mirror-like. The incised glypys look machine made in Obelisks @ Karnak.

Stay tuned about the Greaty Pyramid. Internal passages may YET be discovered which put a substantial end to the 'mystery' of use and construction.
The ideas floated by Pierre Houdin seem to cover all the bases and current passive exploration may yet yield a result. Thank goodness that Zahi Hawass is no longer in the picture.

Of course, of those 77%, precisely ZERO have a real idea how they got here. I will repeat that IF interstellar travel is common, is also must be easy. If Earth has been visited by dozens of species, such travel almost must not break the bank. If WE were to attemp to travel to even the nearest star at current knowledge levels, it would cost Millions per pound.
If intersellar travel is Difficult, somebody is going to have to come up with a Compelling reason for all those drop-ins.
