This home in Cayce, South Carolina could be someone's dream home.
But could be haunted?
A recent property listing on real estate site Zillow was taken down after it went viral. The 2,656 square foot home built in the 1950s boasted four bedrooms and three baths...and a mysterious tenant.
The listing - which Zillow boasts as its most shared listing of 2017 - stated potential owners must be responsible for an upstairs tenant who lives rent free. According to WJBK, real estate agents were telling potential buyers "don't bother asking"about the unknown tenant.
The listing noted the upstairs "apartment cannot be shown under any circumstances."
"Occupant has never paid, and no security deposit is being held, but there is a lease in place. (Yes, it does not make sense, please don't bother asking)," the listing stated.
Apparently, there is a lease in place. For all, we know the mysterious tenant could be the juvenile raccoon who has been terrorizing the neighborhood at night by making a lot of noises when raiding the garbage cans. Or a marketing ploy by the real estate agent.
