Most mid sized cars of late 60s and early 70s weighed in at 4k.The 1975 Pontiac Grand Prix weighed in at 4400lbs.The stated weight on this car is 4565 in the description so they very well could be weighing the driver and car together.Being it has a full scope Dana rear end,a big block engine along with a beefed up suspension and large wheels,that probably adds the 500 lbs to weight no doubt.
