Contact the American Kennel Club. They can refer you to reputable breeders in your area.

Also look in the classified section of your newspaper and the Yellow Pages of your phone book. Yes, really.

Get certified copies of the parents' "papers" if you're going to spend that kind of money.

You cannot, rather - should not, buy an expensive and well-bred dog online.
