RE: NASCAR: which driver do you like best?

I prefer the shorter tracks also. But NASCAR is a dying sport. Last week at Richmond, the stands were only 1/2 full and that's after they reduced the seating from 110K to 80K. Their own fault. I got tired of overpriced tickets with a $2.00 handling fee and being stuffed into aluminum benches with less seat room than airplane economy. I live less than 10 mi from the track and haven't gone in five years. 15 years ago the track would sell out and tickets were near impossible to come by (I got mine from my secretary who got them from her brother-in-law who got them from his boss).
They should change the name since "stock car" is a gross misnomer. The days when you could tell a Ford from a Chevy are long gone and so is the sport. Indy Car has faster machines and more excitement.
To the OP - I like Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott. Big fan of Mark Martin until his retirement.
