RE: NASCAR: which driver do you like best?

I liked Jeff Gordon also, but my following of NASCAR has dropped off quite a bit. Mainly because of the big oval racing which dominates the sport now. Much prefer the short track races. I go way back to the first generation drivers like Ned Jarrett, Fireball Roberts, and Junior Johnson.
