240/120 is in the arena of 'borrowed time'.
even down to 160/say....100 or so is pretty much waiting for a blowout.
I'd immediately quit any stimulants like coffee.
Walk daily. I've been walking now for a week (again for the 20th time) and each time I start out feeling awful but within a week start feeling somewhat better.
Even short walks like 2 miles continuous up a 300 foot hill or 3 miles + flat works wonders. Last time I was in even 'moderate' shape, I could walk 6 miles up/down the hills around here and even to the top of the local volcano. Yep, look it up. SoCal has a few volcanic remnants.
My wife who had a faily high A1C (long term blood glucose) has brought that down with better diet and exercise. To the poiint of a reduction in dose size of her meds.
Too much is never enough
