As I type this, I'm staring at the marble receptacle that contains the ashes of our beloved first kitty, Mattie, who passed away two years ago at the age of 18.
They NEVER leave you, even when it SEEMS like they have.
Very sorry for your loss.
P.S. In that (beautiful) first picture, she looks like she's soldering the binding posts! :)
