I just moved here to Asheville, leaving behind the obese state, Ohio. Beautiful women and mountains, beautiful women with mountains, or just foothills. What a great place to be a dirty old man.
Do I dare say rub after that? Tried Montreal seasoning by McCormick? They have a low sodium version, incredible on what's known as Boston Butt in these parts and smoked to make Carolina pulled pork.
