That bites Soxie. There has been a mini crime wave in Midcoast Maine of late primarily involving the theft of catalytic converters from pickup trucks plus some breaking and entering. Despite being a rural area we have a not insubstantial drug problem - a combination of oxycodone, heroin and coke. Of course some of thefts are just plain low lifes but the bulk of it seems to go toward feeding drug habits.
If it is who you suspect MAYBE at 16 this kid can still be turned around but the window of opportunity is closing fast
