I have noticed a number of “exemptions” in the “do not call list” but I hang up on all those groups anyway.

Hawkers and “others” shilling whatever who knock on the door are all advised to leave immediately or face the “fire hose”. Curiously our humble abode is given a wide birth by undesirables. I do however tolerate and support local children who are collecting for their local school. ( but no other cause whatsoever will I support through hawkers)

As you may have guessed our front door mat does not say “welcome:”
