Yes, the classifications might not seem sufficient / valid, to some of yez. And thus, QED on 'all classifications being arbitrary in the precise sense!'
Eg. I'm sure bwkie and M&M amd KK would have different ones to expand, but might be able to agree, ;-)!
I'm sure CJ and I would tend to share some enthusiasms for some recordings that are well and simply engineered, given our love of maximum coherence aka AbPol ;-). But IIRC CJ prefers and has lots of the golden age* of vinyl/stereo stuff on vinyl (*pre 70's) and I have a lot more HIP stuff, and prefer it for concerts and recordings! ..... ....... Not sure we're talking at the moment, either. {:~^|} !
