That's not a Pantera...

That's a "pimped" Pantera. The *real* de Tomaso Pantera (1971) didn't have a rear bumper like that one (no bumper at all, actually), nor did it have a apoiler. And I suspect it wasn't available in that orange color. I see that according to the link below, Tim Horton, NHL player and doughnut shop magnate, was driving a Pantera when he lost control and was killed in 1974.

Personally I preferred the de Tomaso Mangusta of a couple of years prior. Similar drivetrain IIRC but much more intriguing styling...
