Brian Statham plays Frank Martin - a "driver for hire" with a special forces military background.

With Luc Besson involved, the action scenes are spectacular and, particularly in #2, the cars used (Audi RS8, Ferrari, Porsche) are enough to make one drool...

There is no way anyone could call these two movies "great cinema classics", but as mindless action entertainment, they are great...
