They are completely taking the piss out of the fundamentalist (with the accent on "mental") loonies out there. They also run the Mrs. Betty Bowers site which started as a character on a net forum about daytime talk shows. I think it's a gay fellow with a fantastic sense of humour, but you have to take it all for what it is. As s/he says: Love the sinner, hate the clothes ;-)BTW, they also run the whitehouse.org web site, which is a satire site which makes the Colbert Report look tame.
