welll, I have a BIL whose workshop has a GMC (Chinese?) AC powered one and it is often right IN pools of water and NO-one has been hit!
YES there IS a GFCI/ELCB somewhere in the circuit and they've NEVER triggered it, double insulated and carefully made.
I was not at all afraid of it when my RC mate, and was best-man, cleaned the Cressida UP for a whole day - to get SFA for it !!!!!!????? which I woulda got anyway.
RC? Well, ee's a Mick, and a dick-head, and a cafflick too, see! Me? I was brung up(congregationalist atttendee) and BACK to CofE just after 9 when I became a cafedrulkor'stah (Anglican?) dinnEYE !!!!!! ;-)!!!!
