Next time you paint, get a 5 gallon bucket (like the guy in the car accident!) and a screen (expanded metal, get it where you get the bucket) that hangs over the edge inside the bucket. Dump your gallon(s) of paint into the bucket and get the job several times faster than using the tray because you're not spending all your time painting the tray with the roller. Paint drips off the screen back into the bucket, which actually lets you use less paint while getting better coverage. Trust me, it works. A friend turned me onto this, and I swear I'll never use a tray again.
