Yes, I changed the post from ketchup to tartar sauce of which I do prefer overall with fish and chips. However, if I am having calamari, lobsters, crabs, and or shrimp then I switch to hot liquid butter with freshly squeezed lemon juice and garnished it with hot fried garlic. Then washed it down with Merlot red.
