We once had some thirty-year old Coca Cola that had been stored in a cool basement; the owner had gotten it when he first started working for the local distributor. the taste was somewhat different from the then current production (1984 or so), but we attributed most of the difference to changing water supply quality and other ingredients. Still, it was like opening a time capsule.
