which is why there is never a completely "accurate" answer on any subject, only perhaps the best currently available "work in progress" assessment practicable...It is fortunate that - for some - the reduced ability to run 220 meters in under 25 secs is compensated in more mature years by being able to use one's additional judgement to improve one's perception...
But the mind - as with the body - will only develop to it's potential if it is used(!), which places some emphasis on avoiding much exposure to "brain in neutral" activities, and instead giving some effort to kicking one's brain into gear...
