and then up front where you hope you aren't there's something, and you wait again while they check whatever it was out, while you wait and if lucky get to discussing it on the radio net, and then you have an official tactical wait and then Lunch happens!

there are very occasional moments of excitement called contacts, once a month - when everything shifts to warp-speed, and you risk deafness, from all the bangs,thumps, whizzes and Whoomphs, and then the choppers come and then you move out, and soon after that you wait again
