You can usually sample a small lot for a reasonable price. That way you can compare, narrow your taste down, and pick out a bottle or two or three of something you know you'll like. Better than blindly committing yourself to a whole bottle you may not care for.Oh, and besides, it's a lot of fun. Then go eat sushi.
