This is most definitely *NOT* good.

So last night as I was watching the TV, eating my Room Service dinner (quite good, that!), and flipping through the stations I noticed "Maple Grove, Minnesota" on the bottom of the screen on the Weather Channel. "Huh?", thinks I. Apparently the guy from the Weather Channel has parked his mobile studio-cum-uplink van about 3 miles from my Home in order to report on the storm running through the Upper Midwest. Cool? No.....

"This can't be good" I thought to myself.

This morning, same thing. "Ten to fifteen inches of snow expected for this part of the Twin Cities Metro area by the time this all over Friday afternoon" the Weather Channel man said.

Shit.

And then I left for training.

Quite unexpectedly we concluded training early today so I came back to the Hotel, went up to my room, changed my flight for tomorrow morning, and then I checked the Weather Channel.

Whoops, wrong order of events there, bucko! Same guy on the TV, broadcasting from the corner of I-94, 694, and 494 (Todd knows the spot), showing white-out conditions and saying, "MSP has closed all sorts of flights, and if you're expecting to fly in or out of here within the next 24 hours all I can say is "good luck!"

Shit.

If you have cable, turn on the Weather Channel. That guy you see standing there in all the phuqing snow? He's basically in back-friggin' yard!

Shit.

Things should prove a little "interesting" tomorrow morning....

All I want to do is come home so can I play hockey with my buddies tomorrow night, so I'm sending out the call people. Many, many positive "weather-waves" needed....
