Blindfold most PA drivers and take them for a ride over the closed sections and I bet they wouldn't feel a difference.
Every side road around here is filled with vehicles trying to avoid the mess. Then throw in the numerous Amish buggies that are normally out and about in Lancaster Co. and you have another nightmare on Elm St., Walnut St., Main St, Front St., Prince St., etc., etc.... I bet even Mikee has a traffic jam in front of his house!
