Both are used extensively in Mexican, Central American, and South American cuisine. I like to incorporate them into various sauces and rubs, but they can liven-up soups/stews, as well. Adding a little coffee to anything you bake with a rich chocolate flavor, will enhance that chocolate flavor.
Any of you regularly use these ingredients?
